Anand is a Chartered Accountant having more than 13 years of professional experience in public accounting. Prior to joining JAKS & Associates, he worked at one of the big 4 accounting firms. He specializes in management consulting and outsourcing and leads these divisions of the firm. During his tenure with the big 4 accounting firm, he led cross-functional teams across geographies on various outsourcing and management consulting projects. He was based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and Hong Kong for a major part of his tenure with the Big 4 accounting firm.

Anu is a partner in the firm and has more than 12 years of experience in public accounting and consulting. She specializes in International taxation having worked on International tax planning and supply chain models for 6 years in one of the Big 4 accounting firms.

Anu is also IFRS certified from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).Deepa is a Chartered Accountant with around 9 years experience in public accounting. She is also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She has obtained Certification in IFRS (ICAI) and Certification in Information System Audit (DISA, ICAI). She was a team member in Valuation & Business Modelling team with one of the Big 4 Accounting firms and has experience working with various clients in the Middle East, assisting them in financial model builds, reviews and valuation engagements. She has also worked with Infosys Limited in their Business Finance division, assisting them with budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
