  • Final work product is put on your accounting software using Remote Desktop application (Anydesk, GoToMyPC, Citrix, Team viewer etc.)

  • Your team does a sanity check before the files are shared with the client

  • Secured access to your cloud workspace

  • All the working papers are scanned on to the cloud

  • JAKS will work seamlessly, just like your in-house team.

File Transfer Protocol

  • Backup of client data shared using our secure FTP portal.

  • Backup downloaded into JAKS system.

  • Final work products uploaded to the licensed version of your accounts production (AP) software.

  • The updated backup file is shared using the secure FTP portal.

  • Your team does a sanity check before the files are shared with the client
